Metkolist is a seller workflow platform that helps users organize, edit, validate, schedule, and manage listing-related content across online marketplaces. Features include bulk editing, AI-assisted content tools, mockup generation, image editing, scheduling, and smart templates.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You may connect Metkolist to external platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify. Metkolist is not responsible for third-party services outside of its control. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and policies.
You retain full ownership of the data and content you upload to the platform ("User Content"). By using Metkolist, you grant Edmart Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and use your User Content solely to operate and deliver the platform services to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and marketplace requirements.

Metkolist offers AI-powered tools to assist with content generation, classification, and validation. These tools are provided to support — not replace — your judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before submission or publication. Metkolist makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or marketplace compliance of AI-generated content.
Some features of the platform may be free, while others require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:
All rights, title, and interest in the Metkolist platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Edmart Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to Metkolist's intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the platform as described herein.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Metkolist does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edmart Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate access to the platform at any time. Metkolist reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.
