These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Edmart Inc. (“Edmart,” “we,” “us”), operating the Metkolist platform at https://www.metkolist.com and related apps/sites (the “Service”).
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or accessing/using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy), which is incorporated by reference. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.
Metkolist is a seller workflow tool that helps you prepare, edit, validate, schedule, and manage listing-related content for online sales channels you connect (“Marketplaces”), which may include Shopify, Etsy, and other integrations we enable over time.
Features may include bulk editing, scheduling, publishing, catalog management, mockup/image tools, templates, and optional AI assistance for content you create or upload yourself. Specific features depend on your plan and which Marketplaces you connect.
Metkolist is not a Marketplace. We do not operate buyer checkout for Marketplaces. Orders and payments on a Marketplace are solely between you, the Marketplace, and your buyers under that Marketplace’s terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract (for yourself or the business you represent).
You agree to: (a) provide accurate account information; (b) keep credentials confidential; (c) notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access at security@metkolist.com; (d) use the Service only in compliance with law and each connected Marketplace’s policies.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you authorize.
You may connect Marketplaces you own or are authorized to manage, typically via OAuth or credentials you provide.
(a) Provider. The Metkolist application is provided solely by Edmart Inc. (the “Application Developer”). Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not the Application Developer, do not provide the Metkolist service, and have no obligations to you under these Terms.
(b) Trademark. The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY EDMART INC., OPERATING AS METKOLIST (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
(d) Your Etsy shop only. Etsy API access is used only for listing management in the Etsy shop(s) you authorize: import/sync listings, edit listing content and media, bulk edit, publish or schedule to Etsy, and delete listings in your authorized shop. Metkolist does not access Etsy orders, transactions, receipts, or buyer data. You must not use Metkolist to scrape other sellers’ shops, circumvent Etsy checkout, or divert Etsy buyers away from Etsy in violation of Etsy’s policies or API Terms. (e) Authorized Etsy data. Data we access via the Etsy API is limited to the scopes you authorize (listings_r, listings_w, listings_d, and shops_r). We do not request or process Etsy order, transaction, or buyer data. We process authorized listing and shop data as your service provider/processor to deliver the Service under these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and only as needed for those features.
If you connect Shopify or another Marketplace, similar principles apply: you authorize access; you must follow that Marketplace’s terms and policies; Edmart/Metkolist provides the tool; that Marketplace is not the Application Developer and does not warrant Metkolist; brand names are their owners’ trademarks and use of an API does not mean endorsement unless expressly stated.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You represent you have necessary rights and notices to upload/connect shop and listing data (limited to the data categories within the scopes you authorize for each Marketplace).
You instruct us to process such data to provide the Service. You remain responsible for your compliance with privacy laws as the seller/controller where applicable.
AI features work only on content you create or upload yourself. Marketplace-imported data (including Etsy listings and Etsy-hosted images) is never sent to AI providers, and member content is never used to train models.
Optional AI features may send prompts and relevant listing/product inputs (and sometimes images you provide directly) to subprocessors (for example, third-party model providers) to generate suggestions. Etsy-originated content (imported listings and Etsy-hosted images) is never sent to AI subprocessors. AI output is assistive only. You must review before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, SEO results, or Marketplace policy compliance of AI output.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not use your Marketplace content to train public foundation models for unrelated third parties; see the Privacy Policy for subprocessors and retention.
You retain ownership of content you upload or sync (“User Content”). You grant Edmart a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and use User Content solely to provide and operate the Service for you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring User Content complies with law and Marketplace rules (including intellectual property and prohibited items policies).
You may not use the Service to:
Some features are paid. Fees, trials, renewals, and taxes are shown at checkout or in-product. Paid fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled per the billing flow (including Shopify billing where applicable). We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service (software, design, trademarks, Metkolist content) is owned by Edmart or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT INTEGRATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDMART WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
Either party may stop using or providing access at any time as permitted by these Terms. We may suspend/terminate for violations.
If we discontinue the Service (or a material Marketplace integration) for active paying customers, we will provide reasonable prior notice when practicable (and, for Etsy-connected sellers where required by Etsy’s API Terms applicable to us as a developer, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice unless immediate suspension is required).
On termination, your license ends. Marketplace connections may be revoked; data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice when reasonable.
Texas law (USA), exclusive courts in Texas, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
