This page explains how sellers can request deletion of data Metkolist holds. It implements the retention commitment in Privacy Policy Section 9.
Email us from the address associated with your Metkolist account (or clearly identify the account email in your message). Include:
Send your request to support@metkolist.com or info@metkolist.com.
You can also disconnect a marketplace in Metkolist or revoke API access in the marketplace account; that stops further sync. To delete data we already hold, submit a deletion request as described above.
Depending on your request, we delete or de-identify:
We process deletion for the authorizing seller only. We do not delete another seller’s marketplace data.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
If you disconnect a marketplace, we delete associated shop, store, and listing data for that connection within 30 days. If you submit an explicit deletion request, we process it without undue delay (typically immediately for Etsy-connected data). Where a product exists in your workspace from multiple sources, we remove only the marketplace-specific fields and data for the disconnected connection; non-marketplace content you created remains unless you request full account deletion. We may retain a limited record where required (for example invoices, security logs, fraud prevention, or legal holds).
Even after a deletion request, we may keep a limited record where required or permitted by law, including:
Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
